Lisa Scantlebury, Returning to a Temporary Place
An installation made from a large number of photographs and scraps of photographs constructed in an imaginary, fictitious or remembered narrative timeline around the space. Lisa Scantlebury will invite the public and invited artists to intervene in the space by adding photocopies of their personal photographs and printing images from mobile phones. These images will then be used to create a floor work at a collage workshop later in the afternoon at 4.00.
Lisa Scantlebury is co-director of Plenderleith Scantlebury - specialist fabricators of fine art and design. Most recently she has been working on a significant commission from Locws International and has an upcoming group show at Bankside Gallery London 2017, Trace: an ecart, a temporary host space, a long overdue and belated delivery arrives, intact and invisible. http://lisascantlebury.com/
