Miranda Fulbright and Anwyl Cooper-Willis, Stratified
Archaeologists examine the physical past to try to reconcile material evidence with our human past. They interrogate the remains, scrape out the rubbish pits, fit together the shards of discarded detritus to look for old truths about who we were and how we lived. They ask ‘What are we looking at?’, ‘Who used it’, and ‘What did they use it for?’
Come and meet archaeologist Miranda Fulbright, handle some artefacts and imagine the stories that they tell.
Miranda Fulbright is a professional archaeologist based at Wessex Archaeology. She graduated from Liverpool University and is currently working on an MSc in human oesteology at Exeter University.
